High School

WHen & WHere

Begins Monday, September 8th, ends November 14th. No practice when AAPS is off. All workouts are at Skyline HS Track, unless communicated otherwise.

Speed/Sprint Training: Monday through Friday (all 5 days), 5pm–6:15pm

Pole Vault: Tuesdays 5pm–7pm (note the longer time) through the end of September, possibly longer

Throws: Mondays + Fridays 5pm–6:15pm

Hurdles: Days TBD, reach out!

Jumps: Mondays + Fridays 5pm–6:15pm

Cost

$200 for 3–5 days/week

$150 for 1–2 days/week

$100 for PV only

Middle School

WHen & WHere

Begins Monday, September 8th, ends November 14th. No practice when AAPS is off. All workouts are at Skyline HS Track, unless communicated otherwise. 

Wednesdays & Fridays, 5pm–6:15pm. 

Training will be working on speed development and conditioning in preparation for indoor track, to augment MS cross country training, or to get ready for another winter sport. There will also be opportunities to race an additional 2–3 cross country meets with the club.

Cost

Program fee of $150. Families will cover the cost of meet entry if their athletes choose to participate. Contact Coach Gehrke if you need a scholarship.
